Broadcasting organizations should give priority to the following while producing and broadcasting a program:-
(a) Developmental programs such as agriculture, education, industry, commerce, science and technology, health, family planning and forest and environment protection,
(b) programs to promote equality, mutual goodwill and harmony among all castes, languages, classes, regions and religious sects,
(c) Programs to support the upliftment of various languages ​​and cultures of Nepal,
(d) programs for the promotion of national interest and national unity,
(e) Programs to increase national consciousness and moral awareness (f) programs to increase social awareness among the people and to develop democratic values, beliefs and customs,
(g) Programs that do not adversely affect relations with Nepal and neighboring countries and friendly countries,
(h) Programs related to foreign policy authorized by the nation,
(i) programs promoting folk songs and folk culture,
(J) Important activities done at the national and international level.
